We recommended an internet connection speed of at least 25 mbps on the streaming device. For 4K UHD streams, we recommended at least 35 mbps. Android boxes require a minimum of android 5.0 and 1Gb of ram for smooth playback. For best results, we recommend Android 6.0 or 7.0 android boxes with 2Gb of ram.
After Purchase
Your IPTV and VOD account details will be emailed to you immediately they will have the same password. If purchasing our VOD service MediaFlix separate your account details will be e-mailed to you within 1 hour. Please allow up to 24 hours before contacting support. Please check your spam email and spam mail.
Refunds
There are no refunds. Once your account is created, the credits are applied and cannot be reversed. If you have never tried Mburg Media Services, we suggest starting with our 24 hour trial period. The trial period does not include PPV channels.
